IRISH CANADIAN RUGBY CLUB
HISTORY

The Irish Canadians have become one of the premier clubs in North America, winning 16 McCormick / Ontario Cups in the last 58 years. To add to that success, we've also captured 11 O.R.U. "A" league championships during that same period. The Irish compete in the Marshall Premiership, the highest level of rugby in Ontario

The Irish Canadians have a very storied history, fantastic social events, and immense pride in wearing the green jersey, from all players, past and present.

The I.C.R.C. Developmental XV contend in the very competitive Marshall Division 2 and the Irish Thirds represent us in the Marshall Division 3

The Irish Women compete in the O.W.L., the highest league of competition in the province, and have won the OWL League in 2008 and the OWL Cup in 2006 in their five years of existence.  The womens' Development XV  have won the OWL 2nd Division Championship in four of the last five years

The Irish Canadian men’s and women’s Junior Programs are among the finest in Ontario and have developed many players for the First XV squads, Ontario and Canada.

The Irish Canadian's home field is located at Fletcher's Fields in Victoria Square, Markham.  The Irish Men and Women both train on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM sharp at Fletcher's Fields
